Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — Free shipping on all orders, sent Australia-wide with Australia Post. There is no minimum spend and no shipping charge added at checkout.
How long does shipping take?+
We dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Our Free Shipping then arrives within 5–7 business days after dispatch — so your order will arrive within 6–8 business days in total (1 business day to dispatch + 5–7 business days in transit).
How do I track my order?+
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

We ship right across Australia. Free shipping applies to every order, to every Australian address.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Start a return at our Return Policy page.

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. You can also pay in instalments with Afterpay at checkout.
Can I pay in instalments?+
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout, so you can split your order into interest-free instalments and receive it straight away.

How do I find the right size?+
Every product page has a full size guide with measurements, plus a fit note telling you whether that style runs slim, true to size, or roomy. If you're between sizes or layering over knitwear, we'd suggest taking the larger size.
